Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

We can source almost any Inkjet Cartridge, Lazer Toner Cartridge or Fax Machine Toner for you. If it is not listed on the Web Site please e mail us for a quotation.

Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods (ie they are faulty or parts are missing) and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and exchange the goods. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Any damage incurred to the goods in transit owing to bad packing by the customer will be at the customer's liability.

In particular, with "New Compatible" or "Remanufactured Inkjets or Toners", if you come to use one within 6 months of purchasing it from us and you find it doesn't work, PLEASE CALL US and we will arrange to swap it for you. DON'T put up with a faulty cartridge...CALL US !!!

This " NO QUIBBLE WARRANTY" is in addition to all your normal legal rights as a "distance buyer" on the internet.


Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.

We have received zero complaints about our company, ever.

We have received 5 faulty product reports in last 2 years. All settled amicably.

We have received 10 unsolicited letters (or emails) of praise in last 12 months for our services.

Export Restriction and Currency

Please note we only supply goods to the UK and Ireland. Credit card sales from other countries will not be accepted.

If you are located elsewhere and wish to purchase goods then please send us an order together with a cheque or International Money Order. Once funds are cleared and in our bank then we will ship the goods.
